Cancellation Policies

All cancellations require a 24 hours notice. if you do not cancel with 24 hours a $25.00 fee is charged.  if there a no call no show, 50% of the session will be charge. If a refund has been issue, please allow up to 10 business days for for your issuing bank to post the the refund back  to your account. Issuing banks have different timeframes for posting refunds to your account, therefore you may not see the funds posted to your account despite the fact that  we have processed the refund. For your convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent to your email immediately after they are processed.
